The Hello
Our friend Carlos inspired the name of this edition of our weekly, ever-evolving blend. “The Hello” is his turn of phrase for that first sniff of someone grinding coffee in the morning. The aroma is of course delightful here, with two of our favorite washed Guatemala’s paired up with a perfect natural process stunner. Tootsie Roll chocolate, berries galore, and hints of white peach, and cherry.
