Once again we bring in the Nueva Amanecer from Guatemala as a beautiful backbone of our blend. We introduce a carefully dry-processed Brazil that brings the body up a notch and adds a nutty, caramel, candy-bar quality. Finally a Guji selection from Ethiopia brings a bit of floral and fruit fireworks to the finish.
