We start by pairing up a big-bodied and sublimely sweet dry-process Brazil with a smooth and creamy coffee from Guatemala for a mighty but mellow base. Next we add sparkle and fruit from a tasty Ethiopia selection and juicy sweet Colombia. The coffees are far flung, but the flavors feel like home.
