This blend is made up of three outstanding coffees. We’ve roasted two selections from Finca La Esmeralda in Honduras—a traditional washed and an anaerobic-honey processed lot. Big body, enchanting floral, and dried fruit sweetness. A smallholder stunner from Guatemala brings some additional balance making the whole ensemble soar!
