Sometimes coffees just vibe together in ways that feel right or magical. For this release we start with a coffee from Chiapas that brings sweetness and incredible aroma, a longstanding favorite from Huehuetenango adds chocolate covered candy, and one of the deepest Ethiopias we’ve found this season contributes unfolding layers of dried fruit.
