A balance of the mellow and mild with the vibrant and wild. We start with a melding of three outstanding Huehuetenango coffees full of subtle, nuanced, nutty, chocolatey goodness. Then we add a bit of a fruity and bold washed Guji coffee to give it sparkle. A big spectrum cup to kick off your big new year!
